Project Description

The renovation of Hamer Hall provided improved acoustics for both musicians and audience, and cutting-edge staging systems and rigging capability. Key features include new sidewalls at the stage and audience chamber, and a stage canopy that can be configured for different types of unamplified and amplified performances.

Hamer Hall, located in the Victoria Arts South Bank Arts Precinct, reopened in August 2012 after a two-year renovation. The transformation of the hall is regarded as stunning, as you can see from what others are saying:
