Project Description

The new Corporate Headquarters for Mesirow Financial is located at 353 N. Clark Avenue in Chicago. The building is an elegant 45-story office building designed by Dirk Lohan of Lohan Anderson. The fourth through seventeenth floors have been designed as the Mesirow Headquarters to include a Conference Center floor, as well as divisible auditorium and break-out rooms on each floor. The Conference Center provides twenty rooms of various sizes for client meetings, presentations, board meetings and training sessions. Most rooms include video displays with network video and laptop computer connections. Many rooms also include audio and videoconferencing, remote controlled cameras and recording capability. All of the rooms are linked by a central room reservation system, touch panel AV control system and a central video archive of material which can be used in any room on demand. The building also reflects a new standard in environmental responsibility and sustainability, and has achieved LEED Gold certification for its leading-edge environmental design.
