Experience

Mr. Corry joined Kirkegaard Associates in 2008 as a consultant focusing on architectural acoustics and noise and vibration control. His knowledge of architectural acoustics, building engineering systems, mechanical noise and vibration control, environmental noise abatement, audio, visual and public address design, all have provided him with a better understanding of building engineering, and the union between architecture and acoustic design. His career experience ranges from performing arts facilities, casino showrooms and cultural arts centers to museums, libraries, hospitals and a convention center. At Kirkegaard, Mr. Corry is involved in architectural acoustics and noise & vibration control. His projects include: Furman University Theatre Arts Building, Greenville, SC; Coralville Center for the Performing Arts, Coralville, Iowa; Temple Beth Elohim Wellesley, MA; New Hampshire Music Festival Facility, New Harbor, NH; University of Virginia Rehearsal Hall, Charlottesville, VA; University of Pennsylvania, SAS Music Building Philadelphia, PA; and Virtua Health Replacement Hospital, Voorhees, NJ.

Prior to becoming a member of the Kirkegaard team, his work included the Mark Taper Forum Renovation, Los Angeles, CA; Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox, Spokane, WA; Houston Baptist University Cultural Arts Center, Houston, TX; University of Washington Jones Playhouse; Mirage Showroom Renovation – The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soliel, Las Vegas, NV; MGM CityCenter Theater – Cirque du Soliel, Las Vegas, NV; Luxor Showroom Renovation – Criss Angel BELIEVE by Cirque du Soliel, Las Vegas, NV; and the Wynn Macau Theater, Macau, China.
