Experience

Linda works within the room acoustics group of Kirkegaard Associates, drawing from a strong architectural background and interests in music and the experience of sound. She is currently involved in projects including Chenery Auditorium, Kalamazoo; Western Illinois University Performing Arts Center, Macomb; and Cyprus Cultural Center, Nicosia.

Prior to joining Kirkegaard Associates, Linda served as a teaching assistant in architectural theory at University of Illinois-Chicago. Her final graduate design was the design of a public space which would encourage users’ awareness and engagement of their aural surroundings.
