Description
Room acoustics, and noise control services for a new 175-seat planetarium and classroom complex at the University of Louisville, Kentucky. The Rauch Planetarium provides a high-tech, multi-media learning venue for the presentation of educational programs supporting astronomy and space science education; the arts; humanities; and sciences. This unique learning environment is focused primarily on astronomy and space science education, while incorporating both traditional planetarium displays and live, interactive learning exhibits. Particular attention was paid to isolating airplane fly-over noise.
