Sykes Chapel and Center for Faith and Values is a new landmark on the University of Tampa campus.

The dramatic architecture of the Chapel, by TVS Design, Atlanta, combines wood, glass and stone to create a warm but strikingly modern interior, matched by a warmly reverberant acoustic. A beautiful three manual, 56 rank pipe organ by Dobson Pipe Organ Builders makes the room a dramatic organ recital hall. Motorized acoustic banners tune the acoustics for music department recitals of all sorts. Careful isolation of the Chapel allows worship and concerts to proceed without interference from nearby train lines and sports fields. Careful design of the air conditioning system maintains consistent temperatures and a whisper-quiet ambience.

The Center for Faith and Values includes meeting rooms and two meditation rooms, one of them a soaring modern space with glimpses of the exterior meditation garden.
