Room acoustics, noise and vibration control, and audio/video systems design for this dynamic new facility which presents opera, popular music, Broadway musicals and is home to the Virginia Symphony Orchestra. Phase 1 included a new 440-seat theatre, studio theatre, music faculty studios, student practice rooms, and support spaces. Phase 2, which opened in the fall of 2005, features a new 1,700-seat concert hall.
