The University of Central Florida Performing Arts Complex serves as UCF's primary home for the Theater and Music departments. Phase I includes a full complement of music, theater and dance rehearsal rooms, teaching studios, practice rooms and administrative spaces, and technical music labs. Phase II will include a new 500-seat proscenium theater and scene shop, 225-seat lecture/recital hall, and an 800-seat concert hall. The project has been developed in alignment with a phased master plan, with Phase II scheduled to gracefully wrap Phase I, sharing a common lobby and loading access. Kirkegaard provided full room acoustics, mechanical noise, and AV systems consulting services for the project.
